Payment

1 What happens if I don’t receive a payment confirmation?

 If you don’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us, and we’ll resend it.

2 Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can get a refund based on our cancellation policy. Be sure to check the terms for more details

3 What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, as well as other methods through Paystack.

4 How do I know my payment is secure?

We use Paystack, a trusted payment gateway that ensures your transactions are 100% secure.

Rooms & Suites

1 What types of rooms do you offer?

 For now, we offer studio rooms, one bedroom apartments and mini-flats

2 How do I check room availability?

 You can easily check availability here

3 Can I see pictures of the rooms before booking?

 Yes, all rooms are shown in detail on our website with images and descriptions.

4 Can I request extra amenities in my room?

While most amenities are included, feel free to reach out to us to request anything extra, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Services

1 What amenities are included in the rooms?

Our rooms come with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, clean linens, and a comfortable, well-maintained space designed to help you relax and unwind.

2 Is breakfast included with my stay?

 Currently, breakfast is not included, but we’re happy to provide recommendations for nearby places. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily make any meal of your choice.

3 Can I request housekeeping during my stay?

 Yes! Housekeeping services are available, just let us know when you need them.

4 Are pets allowed?

 Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments at this time.

Terms and conditions

1 Do you charge for extra guests?

Yes, additional guests beyond the room’s occupancy may incur extra charges. Please refer to our room policies for more details.

2 What happens if I don’t check out on time?

Please check out before the access code expires. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

3 What’s your cancellation policy?

 Our cancellation policy allows cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Check the full policy for details.

4 How do I cancel my booking?

 You can cancel your booking directly through your account or by contacting us for assistance.
